Lune Croissanterie

Welcome to Lune, a bakery that is purpose built for croissants.

Making a great croissant takes patience and time. It demands commitment to a high level of detail. It requires physical hard work. Refinement, improvement and innovation must be at the forefront of ones mind constantly, to push a baker to never accept complacency, and strive always for a better product.

At Lune, we focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients, and then treating those ingredients with the utmost respect, producing each pastry with the core philosophy of “attention to detail at every single stage in the croissant making process”.

We like to experiment with the boundaries of what is possible. Lune is not a shop, and not a factory. It is a space to find inspiration in, for ourselves and for customers alike.

The Lune Lab

The Lune Lab is an exclusive dining experience where you will be the first to sample our most experimental pastries, straight from the oven. Seated at our private bar overlooking “The Cube” – the core working space at Lune - you will be served a three course pastry flight, presented by the bakers and pastry chefs.

Lune Labs will not be held in January.

Please note: Bookings for Lune Lab are non refundable. If you are unable to attend the sitting you have booked for, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please contact us if you are going to transfer your booking.

We are now taking expressions of interest for private bookings of the entire Lune Lab on Fridays. Please contact info@lunecroissanterie.com.
